Aarush is Sanskrit and means the first ray of sunshine. The company was named after my daughter, Frankie Ray. The name symbolizes that first ray of light and hope for a new day, a new beginning and a new better wellbeing.
Aarush is a wellness company, with the aim of just that, strengthening your wellbeing.
Through yoga and coaching you can find tools for peace of mind, as well as strength and flexibility in your body.
Through sleep coaching for small children, your whole family can get a chance at a good nights sleep.
By getting enough sleep you help your body and mind to rest, recover and grow.
