Join us on a Yoga & Training trip to scenic Körunda

Together with Go Active Travel , we invite you to a perfectly combined weekend for you who want to get away but not go that far. You avoid the flight but still get away from all the hassles of everyday life. This only 30 minutes from Stockholm at the scenic Körunda hotel in Nynäshamn. An energizing and relaxing weekend led by PT Gabriella Picano and yours truly. Together we have put together a training and yoga program where you both maximize your strength, mobility and fitness and recover, unwind and above all land in yourself. Both Gabriella and I place great emphasis on finding joy and well-being in the movement, as well as finding your own way to feel best. It will be a packed weekend with training, yoga lectures, saunas and good food. You are very welcome to come along!


About Körunda

Körunda is beautifully located in a scenic environment, surrounded by lake and forest only 30 minutes from central Stockholm and a few minutes from Nynäshamn. It is located in the middle of nature, surrounded by long hiking and running rounds that you are happy to start the day with. Down by the lake there is a large jetty that is perfect for outdoor training.

The rooms are comfortable in a natural Scandinavian style with simple but warm colors that create balance and harmony. The silence of nature gives you the peace you need when you are rocked to sleep after a rewarding day.

Breakfast is enjoyed in the dining room or on the veranda with lake views. Of course with freshly squeezed juice, fruit, freshly baked bread and eggs of various kinds. A hearty lunch buffet and a three-course dinner with elements of vegetarian and organic are also served.

Just one floor down from the lobby is the relaxation area with jacuzzi / whirlpool, steam sauna, ice shower and lounge. Down by the lake there is a fantastic sauna raft and the opportunity for a dip.

  • Kl. 17.00 - Soft Flow Yoga with Siiri

  • Kl. 18.00 - Spa and sauna

  • Kl. 19.30 - Joint dinner

Day 2: Saturday

  • Kl. 07.00 - Morning walk or morning run for those who want

  • Kl. 07.45 - Morning vinyasa yoga with Siiri

  • 09.00 - Breakfast

  • Kl. 10.30 - Soma Move with Gabriella 

  • Kl. 12.30 - Shared lunch

  • Kl. 13.30 - Lecture x 2

    • Yoga benefits & 8-fold path, with Siiri

    • Motivation for training, with Gabriella

  • Kl. 15.00 - Dance with Gabriella

  • Kl. 16.30 - Yin yoga with Siiri

  • Kl. 17.30 - Leisure

  • Kl. 19.00 - Joint dinner

Day 3: Sunday

  • Kl. 07.00 - Morning walk or morning run for those who want

  • Kl. 07.45 - Morning vinyasa yoga with Siiri

  • Kl. 09.00 - Breakfast

  • Kl. 10.30 - Strength and Tabata with Gabriella

  • Kl. 12.00 - Joint conclusion with Gabriella and Siiri,

  • Kl. 13.30 - Shared lunch and then return home

About my partner-in-crime Gabriella Picano

Gabriella is a personal trainer and group training instructor, based in Stockholm. She leads classes in strength training, mobility, dance etc. In her classes, she often focuses on movement, that the body should be strengthened in the way we want to be able to use it in everyday life. She often combines strength and mobility to create flow and presence in the body.

Gabriella is concerned that her participants should find playfulness in the training, that it can be challenging without being deadly serious. Exercise is about exploring the body's potential by challenging and adapting, so that exercise is accessible to everyone
